Each spring JP students, with assistance from parent volunteers and our good friends at U. City In Bloom, have the opportunity to expand their scientific knowledge by planting, growing, harvesting, and finally eating fresh vegetables from Jackson Park's very own vegetable garden. Volunteers water and maintain the garden during the summer months. Come watch us grow.
