Jackson Park Families:
Hello my name is Jayne McBride and I am the Program Director for the YWCA School Age Programs (SAC). We have been providing before and after school services and Summer Camp to the residents of University City for over twenty years. Children are cared for in a safe, familiar environment by friendly, experienced staff members who provide a variety of activities intended to encourage children to think, reason and explore.
There are available spots at Jackson Park for families who are in need of extended care services. The YWCA SAC program is open a.m. and p.m., Monday through Friday all school year. There are options for families who may need financial help. YWCA has scholarships available and works with the Department of Family Services as well. In fact we have provided over two million dollars in scholarships over the years.
Jackson Park’s SAC program is licensed by the State of Missouri and we are currently working towards Accreditation.
For more information regarding the YWCA please see our Web site at www.ywcastlouis.org. Registration and scholarship forms are also available online. If you would like to talk to someone about the program please feel free to call me. Thank you for your time and have a great school year.
